No direct investment
Solar EPC (CAPEX Model)
If you are looking to cut your electricity bills or your carbon footprint, using renewable sources of energy is the place to start. If your business premises offer ample space for installing a solar power plant, and you are willing to make the upfront investment in owning a solar power plant, then a solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or Capex Model is the answer to your needs.
Unlike a solar EPC or capex proposition, wherein the consumer owns the system and invests upfront, the RESCO model is a zero-investment model in which the consumer pays only for the electricity generated, while the solar plant is owned by the RESCO developer. You can benefit from the electricity that is generated without distressing about any of the linked operations and maintenance issues. In response, all you need to do is pay a pre-decided monthly tariff which is lower than existing grid electricity tariff.
Continuous operations and maintenance support
